Otwórz Ustawienia (ikona koła zębatego na ekranie głównym) i wybierz „Przywróć zakupy”. Zakup jest przypisany do Twojego Apple ID, więc upewnij się, że jesteś zalogowany tym samym kontem, którym płaciłeś.
Subskrypcję zarządza Apple. Otwórz Ustawienia iOS → swoje imię → Subskrypcje → PPL Masters → Anuluj subskrypcję. Dostęp pozostaje aktywny do końca opłaconego okresu. Instrukcja Apple: support.apple.com/HT202039.
Zwroty obsługuje wyłącznie Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Jako twórca aplikacji nie mam dostępu do Twoich płatności.
Przez pierwsze 7 dni od instalacji masz pełny dostęp. Potem tryb Nauka, Przepracowane i wyszukiwarka pozostają darmowe. Egzaminy próbne, tryb Do poprawy, ulubione, notatki i koło ratunkowe Pół na pół wymagają subskrypcji miesięcznej albo jednorazowego zakupu dożywotniego.
Ustawienia → Licencja. Postęp każdej licencji jest zapisywany osobno, więc możesz się przełączać bez utraty danych.
Ustawienia iOS → PPL Masters → Język. Język interfejsu nie wpływa na treść pytań; ta zależy od wybranej licencji (banki PL i ENG).
Napisz na adres powyżej z numerem pytania i opisem, co jest nie tak. Każde zgłoszenie weryfikuję z aktualnym bankiem ULC i poprawiam w najbliższej aktualizacji.
Tak. Cały bank pytań jest w aplikacji, internet nie jest potrzebny do nauki ani egzaminów próbnych.
Na ekranie głównym oraz w szczegółach przedmiotu jest opcja resetu postępu. Operacja jest nieodwracalna.

Open Settings (gear icon on the main screen) and tap “Restore Purchases”. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you are signed in with the same account you paid with.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → PPL Masters → Cancel Subscription. Access stays active until the end of the paid period. Apple’s guide: support.apple.com/HT202039.
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. As the developer I have no access to your payments.
The first 7 days after installation give you full access. After that, Study mode, Completed mode and Search stay free. Mock exams, Mistakes mode, favourites, notes and the 50/50 lifeline require a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Settings → Licence. Progress is stored separately for each licence, so you can switch without losing anything.
iOS Settings → PPL Masters → Language. The interface language does not affect question content; that depends on the selected licence (PL and ENG banks).
Email the address above with the question number and a description. Every report is checked against the current ULC bank and fixed in the next update.
Yes. The entire question bank ships with the app; no connection is needed for studying or mock exams.
A reset option is available on the main screen and in each subject’s detail view. The operation cannot be undone.
